翟羽佳，天津师范大学管理学院副院长、副教授、硕士生导师，武汉大学信息管理学院博士后。入选天津市“131”创新型人才培养工程、天津市高校“青年后备人才支持计划”，荣获中国科学技术情报学会“青年情报科学家奖”。兼任《Information Processing & Management》编委、《图书情报工作》青年编委、中国信息经济学会数智治理与交叉信息科学专委会秘书长、ASIS&T组织信息管理专委会（SIG-OIM）候选主席等职。主持国家社科基金项目2项及省部级、企事业委托课题10余项，参与国家社科基金重大项目等各级课题20余项。在JASIST、《情报学报》、JCMC等国内外权威期刊发表学术论文40余篇，出版专（译）著4部。获天津市哲学社会科学优秀成果奖三等奖。主要致力于AI驱动的知识发现(AI for Science)、智能社会治理以及数字人文等领域的研究。

Yujia Zhai is an Associate Professor and the Vice Dean of the Management School at Tianjin Normal University. His research has been recognized with the "Youth Intelligence Scientist Award" by the China Society for Scientific and Technical Information (CSSTI) and through his selection for major talent programs in Tianjin. An active leader in the academic community, Dr. Zhai serves as Chair-Elect for the ASIS&T Special Interest Group for Organizational Information Management (SIG-OIM) and holds editorial positions with journals including Information Processing & Management (IP&M). His research program, which focuses on AI for Science, intelligent governance, and digital humanities, is supported by over a dozen grants, including two as Principal Investigator from the National Social Science Fund of China (NSSFC). He has published more than 40 papers in premier journals like JASIST and JCMC and is the author or translator of four books.
