翟羽佳，天津师范大学管理学院副教授、硕士生导师，现任教务处副处长。武汉大学信息管理学院博士后。主要研究领域为AI驱动的知识发现(AI for Science)、智能社会治理及数字人文。 入选天津市“131”创新型人才培养工程、天津市高校“青年后备人才支持计划”，荣获中国科学技术情报学会“青年情报科学家奖”、天津市哲学社会科学优秀成果奖等。 兼任《Information Processing & Management》编委、《图书情报工作》青年编委、中国信息经济学会数智治理与交叉信息科学专委会秘书长、ASIS&T组织信息管理专委会（SIG-OIM）候选主席等职。 主持国家社科基金项目2项及省部级、企事业委托课题10余项，参与国家社科基金重大项目等各级课题20余项。 在JASIST、《情报学报》、JCMC等国内外权威期刊发表学术论文50余篇，出版专（译）著5部。

Zhai Yujia is an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor at the School of Management, Tianjin Normal University (TJNU), concurrently holding the position of Deputy Director of the Academic Affairs Office; he completed postdoctoral research at the School of Information Management, Wuhan University. Prof. Zhai has been selected for prestigious programs including the Tianjin “131” Innovative Talent Training Project and the Tianjin Higher Education “Young Reserve Talent Support Plan”, and is a recipient of the Young Information Scientist Award from the China Society for Scientific and Technical Information (CSSTI). His academic service includes roles as Editorial Board Member for Information Processing & Management, Youth Editorial Board Member for Library and Information Service (《图书情报工作》), Secretary-General of the Committee on Digital Intelligence Governance and Interdisciplinary Information Science within the China Society for Information Economics (CSIE), and Candidate Chair of the ASIS&T Special Interest Group on Organizational Information Management (SIG-OIM). His research leadership encompasses two projects funded by the National Social Science Fund of China (NSSFC) and over 10 provincial/ministerial-level and industry-sponsored initiatives, alongside participation in more than 20 projects, including NSSFC Major Projects. With over 40 publications in leading journals such as the Journal of the Association for Information Science and Technology (JASIST), Journal of the China Society for Scientific and Technical Information (《情报学报”), and Journal of Computer-Mediated Communication (JCMC), and authorship/translation of 5 books. Prof. Zhai's primary research focuses on AI-driven knowledge discovery (AI for Science), AI-empowered social governance, and digital humanities.
