翟羽佳,天津师范大学管理学院副教授、博士生导师,现任教务处副处长。武汉大学信息管理学院博士后。主要研究领域为AI驱动的知识发现(AI for Science)、智能社会治理及数字人文。入选天津市“131”创新型人才培养工程、天津市高校“青年后备人才支持计划”,荣获中国科学技术情报学会“青年情报科学家奖”、天津市哲学社会科学优秀成果奖等。兼任《Information Processing & Management》编委、《图书情报工作》青年编委、中国信息经济学会数智治理与交叉信息科学专委会秘书长、ASIS&T组织信息管理专委会(SIG-OIM)候选主席等职。主持国家社科基金项目2项及省部级、企事业委托课题10余项,参与国家社科基金重大项目等各级课题20余项。在JASIST、《情报学报》、JCMC等国内外权威期刊发表学术论文50余篇,出版专(译)著5部。

Zhai Yujia is an Associate Professor and Doctor's Supervisor at the Management School, Tianjin Normal University (TJNU), concurrently serving as Deputy Director of the Academic Affairs Office; he completed postdoctoral research at Wuhan University. He has been selected for the Tianjin “131” Innovative Talent Training Project and the Tianjin Higher Education “Young Reserve Talent Support Plan”, and received the Young Information Scientist Award from CSSTI. Academic service includes Editorial Board Member for Information Processing & Management, Youth Editorial Board Member for Library and Information Service, Secretary-General of CSIE’s Committee on Digital Intelligence Governance and Interdisciplinary Information Science, and Candidate Chair of ASIS&T SIG-OIM. He has led two NSSFC projects and over ten provincial/ministerial and industry projects, and participated in more than twenty projects including NSSFC Major Projects. He has published 40+ papers in journals such as JASIST, Journal of the China Society for Scientific and Technical Information, and JCMC, and authored/translated five books. His research focuses on AI-driven knowledge discovery (AI for Science), AI-empowered social governance, and digital humanities.

面对AI时代社会治理的机遇与挑战,本研究方向聚焦人工智能(特别是AIGC)在网络社会治理、应急管理及公共信息服务中的应用。我们致力于构建高效、公平、可信的智能化治理体系与信息生态,以应对虚假信息、算法偏见等难题,研究成果力求服务于循证决策与社会福祉。

多模态数字人文与文化智能传承 (Multimodal Digital Humanities & Intelligent Cultural Heritage)

本研究方向融合多模态人工智能与数字人文,专注于文化遗产的数字化保护、智能化阐释、创新性传播与价值再造。我们致力于探索科技与人文的交汇点,运用AI技术(如知识图谱、AIGC)活化数字文化资源,服务文化数字化国家战略,让宝贵文化遗产在智能时代绽放新活力。
